These terms apply when you use the Spacelab Audio website, license portal, downloads, trials, and audio software. They are written for normal product use: try the software, activate your licenses, and make music or sound with it.
Last updated: May 10, 2026You may browse this website, download available materials, and use the license portal for your own personal or professional audio work. Please do not interfere with the website, try to bypass protected areas, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for other users.
Spacelab Audio software is licensed, not sold. A license gives you permission to install and use the software under the limits shown in your account, product documentation, installer, or license agreement.
You may not copy, resell, rent, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the software except where applicable law allows it or Spacelab Audio has given written permission.
Trials are provided so you can test whether the software fits your workflow. Trial length, activation limits, and machine limits may vary by product and may be enforced by the license server.
You are responsible for keeping your account and license keys secure. If you believe a key has been exposed or misused, contact us at info@spacelabaudio.com.
We may update, replace, or remove downloads and product versions from time to time. We try to keep downloads useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every version will remain available indefinitely or that every update will support every old system.
If purchases are handled by a reseller, payment processor, app store, marketplace, or other third-party service, that service's own terms may also apply. The license portal does not collect payment card details.
We aim to provide helpful product and license support, but support availability, response times, and supported systems may depend on the product, version, and age of the operating system or host software.
The website, software, product names, logos, interface designs, documentation, presets, graphics, and other materials belong to Spacelab Audio or its licensors. You keep full ownership of the music, sound, presets, sessions, and other creative work you make with the software.
The website, downloads, trials, and software are provided as available. Audio software depends on many systems outside our control, including operating systems, DAWs, plug-in formats, drivers, hardware, and third-party tools. We cannot promise that everything will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every setup.
To the extent permitted by law, Spacelab Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website, license portal, downloads, or software. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms when the website, products, licensing system, or business setup changes. The date above shows the latest version published here.
