If you have a portal account, we store your email address, a secure password hash, and the products and licenses connected to your account. This lets you log in, reset your password, see your licenses, and access the software you are allowed to use.
When the software checks a license, starts a trial, or looks for an update, it may send the product name or version, your license key, a machine identifier, operating system details, manufacturer information, your IP address, and the time of the request.
We use this to activate your software, keep track of allowed machines, make trials work fairly, and avoid repeated trial requests from the same account or computer.
The portal uses essential session cookies so login and protected account pages work. Our server may also keep normal technical logs, such as the requested page, request time, IP address, browser details, and error information.
The temporary landing page does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
We send email when it is part of the service: account activation, password resets, license assignments, and trial confirmations. These are not newsletter or advertising emails.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the temporary landing page to profile you for ads. We do not collect payment card details in this license portal.
Some data may be handled by the services we use for hosting, databases, email delivery, backups, security, and technical operations. They help us run the website and license system.
We keep account, license, and activation information while it is needed to provide the license service, support users, enforce activation limits, and meet record-keeping obligations. Trial request data may be kept so the trial system cannot be reset over and over.
